JAnuary

Played at Guitar & Growlers in Richardson with the Dallas Songwriters Association on Thursday, January 2.  Played  a few songs on 12-string at The Kava Bar In Dallas on Sunday, January 12.  Practiced classic rock music with a friend in Prosper on Thursday, January 16. Appeared at The Celt in Downtown McKinney  on Tuesday, January 21.

Played open mic duo rehearsal starring  the one, the only legendary jazz, blues, and bossa nova singer Pamela Pantea at Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea Craig Ranch.

Kudos to Molly for her support and Benjamin for his guitar jam at the Monday, October 14, 2024 open mic.  Solo guitar on October 21, 2024, including special requests at Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea Craig Ranch.

September 

At the Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea Monday Open Mic Music Nite on September 2nd, Diane played ukelele with Drake on guitar.  Friends Linda and Paula were in attendance.  On September 9th, Diane and Steve played ukelele and guitar, respectively.  On September 16th and 23rd, Steve played solo guitar.

AUGUST

Special thanks to Bill G, lead guitarist for a premier local band, for electrifying jamming at the August 19th open mic.

JUNE/JULY

Ukelele virtuosos Diane, Brenda, and Monica appeared for music mics in June/July.  Jesse sang on July 29 with Diane.   

MAY

Thanks to Bill G (guitar),  and to Diane and Monica (ukeleles) and guests for their participation.

APRIL

On Monday, April 8 Amy sang and played her Yamaha APX guitar while David jammed on the electronic keyboards and played his custom stringed instruments.   We played mostly folk and country. On April 15 we did a guitar lesson . Amy returned for singing and guitar strumming on April 22, and we talked guitars.  

MARCH

David brought his self-built stringed instruments and clarinet, and Zody joined in at the last event on March 11.  We played rhythm & blues, celtic, and classical. 

Yours truly did a couple of solo open mic nights.

FEBRUARY

We heard some awesome music from Diane (ukelele),  Monica (ukelele),  Amy(guitar/vocals),  Brenda (harp),  David (Clarinet, wind instruments,  one-of-a-kind self-made stringed instruments, and keyboards)  and Zody (guitar and tambourine) .  The first February open mic featured folk and country; the second showcased Irish/Celtic music, and the last one on February 26 featured Celtic/Classics. Oscar played flamenco guitar. 

JANUARY 

Thank you to: David, Oscar, and Bill from the band Subject to Change for participating on January 22 (Spanish guitar and classics), and to all of the 8 musicians who showed on January 29 with 6 and 12-string guitars, clarinet, ukeleles, and harp (folk & pop).
